General

In periods where the opportunity for rent by the week (winter and summer season) arrival is on Saturdays at the earliest. 16.00, departures on Saturdays at last. 10.00. If you have wishes on the arrival / departure on other days, please request. In the low season, it can possibly be done.

The order can be made by letter or by e-mail. The confirmation of booking on our part, is only valid when the agreed deposit (100 EUR)) deposited on our bank account.

Should you end up in a situation where a cancellation of booking is necessary, the following rules apply:

• Up to 8 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, we calculate 25% of the total price
• Between 8 and 4 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, we calculate 50% of the total price
• Between 4 and 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, we calculate 75% of the total price
• Later than 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, we calculate 100% of the total price
• Apartment, must be used for a maximum of 8 persons
• Pets are not allowed - sorry
• Smoking are not allowd in the apartment
• Tea towels and dishclothes are not included in linnen

Prices includes

• Normal use of electricity, water and heating
• Linnen and towels
• Free use of pool- and wellness-area
• Free use of wireless internet

Prices does NOT include

• Mandatory end cleaning
• Kurtaxe - local tourist tax

You must pay these at Schillerhof/on location.

Deposit

We charge no deposit for any damages in the apartment you may cause. Instead we expects that any damages sustained communicated, so a reasonable compensation can be agreed.
