Departure

When time has come for you to leave the apartment, of course, we will hope that you have had a fine holiday. Unless anything else has been stated, you willl have to leave the apartment before 10 AM.

Basically we would like you to leave the apartment looking in the same way as you would like to receive it. Even if a final house cleaning is obligatory we still ask you to do a few things:

• Remove all sorts of food from the fridge-freezer
• Please, empty all the waste bins and bring the garbage to the trash dumpster
• Switch off the fridge and leave the door to it open
• Lock all the windows
• Remember to deliver the 2 key cards at the reception desk

During winter season a breakfast buffet will be offered in the restaurant on Saturdays. In this way you will be free from crumbs and dirty cutlery and dishes in the apartment when leaving.

If you want to go skiing Saturday before going home, you are welcome to store your luggage in a place shown to you by the reception. After skiing of course you are welcome to take a last swim in the Wellness room.

When at home again

• We would appreciate very much some feedback from your side. Can things be done better? Are there things to be handled better in another way?
• Send a mail, if some small items have broken for you, in order that we can buy some new. Of course, we would appreciate, if you buy a new set of glasses or whatever yourself
• We would very much like to have mails with good proposals/ideas about interesting tours/attractions etc.
